One important tip we always like to tell customers, is to be on time when dropping off their vehicle. Make sure you have confirmed the pick-up time and location before going to meet the transport 
driver. The pick-up location should be easy for both you and the driver to find. Remember the transport vehicle is rather large in size and might not be able to access certain pick-up locations due to its size, so location may have to change last minute. Taking the time to double check and confirm the pick-up location with the auto transport driver is a very important step and should not be over looked. Doing so will save you the time and headache if the location happens to change. After confirming the time and location, take some extra time out for yourself to check over your vehicle so you are not late to the drop off location.
Remember, you are not the only one shipping a vehicle. Please take into consideration all of the other vehicles the auto transport driver has to pick-up before departing. It’s a chain reaction, if you’re late to drop of your vehicle, the driver waits and in return delays remaining pick-ups and delivery times. Our goal is to make the auto transport process as easy as possible and taking the time to be on time for drop off will ensure delivery is on time. Don’t hesitate to contact the driver if you may be running late or are not sure of the time or location. Communication is important and would be greatly appreciated by the auto transport driver.
