West – Hawaii is expecting to have a bad hurricane season this year. As the warm water and winds combine, this could develop a tropical storm like an El Nino or worse, a hurricane.

South – Tropical moisture will intensify Southern weather for this week. In the Gulf of Mexico, heavy downpours will continue along with Florida being greatly affected. A tropical storm is not likely to form, but intense weather including high winds are possible. Over the weekend, the moisture fueled storms in Texas, that led to over 12 water rescues. Transportation was at a halt and cars were flooded and stranded. From Texas to North Carolina, rainfall is likely along with potential flooding.
