The photo above shows the snow storm that will affect the Plains, Midwest and even the East Coast through Wednesday.

 

North – The Northeast is expecting two snowstorms for this week. The first snowstorm is happening today from New Jersey to New Hampshire. Commuting in around the Philadelphia and New York City metro area. Road conditions could be slushy especially for urban areas and Pennsylvania can see 2 to 6 inches of snow. Snow in the Northeast will end Monday in the afternoon.

West – Snow will fall from Washington to Colorado. Snow is expected in the Northern Plains on Monday through Wednesday. Some areas in the plains may see 8-12 inches of snow, but most areas will see 1 to 5 inches of snow.

Midwest – On Monday, snow is expected to fall from North Dakota to Michigan and around the Great Lakes. Snow will reach from Wisconsin to Illinois. The snow will last until Wednesday and reach Michigan, with the northern part getting anywhere from 8 to 12 inches of snow. One area in Northern Michigan can even see 12 to 18 inches of snow.

South – Severe storms are expected in the South from Texas to the Ohio Valley. Expect high winds, hail and even a few tornadoes. The warm front that is coming from the Gulf of Mexico to the southern states will lift toward the Ohio Valley, and will especially effect from Texas to Indiana.
