North – A severe storm from the Midwest will move towards the East Coast from Maryland to Rhode Island, and is expected to hit this Thursday. For New England towards the middle to end of the week, precipitation is expected.

South – Severe storms will hit the South towards the end of the week. On Friday, from Tennessee to Texas. Threats of tornadoes along with strong winds and hail will be present. On Sunday, a mile-wide tornado hit Texas along with multiple other tornadoes. The EF3 tornado damaged power lines, and houses. In certain parts of Texas, hail had shattered windshields and destroyed large buildings. If you are traveling through Texas, be aware that transportation can be delayed.

Midwest – Over the weekend, Nebraska had a tornado in Nebraska City. Accompanied with the tornado was Golf ball size hail, and 70mph wind. In Hinton, Iowa, over 2 inches of hail fell yesterday in a severe storm. Flooding in Cincinnati, Ohio over the weekend was reported, causing roadways to close. Proceed with caution when traveling through Ohio. From Kansas to Ohio, there will be more severe storm threats for this week.

West – Weather in Southern California will be an average of high 70s and reach into the low 90s towards the end of the week. Rain and cold weather for Northern California will continue for this week, as California hits its precipitation record for Spring. From California to Oregon, expect rainy weather with chances of thunderstorms in Oregon.
