  1. Aston Martin – Will have decades of waiting time before coming out with a new car model. After creating the V8 range, they had to wait 20 years to make the DB7.
  2. Porsche – Actually lost money on each 918 they build do to going way over the research and development budget.
  3. Ferrari – The historic racing horse emblem on the car is not a symbol of the car’s massive horsepower, but rather represents the WWI-era Italian flying ace Francesco Baracca, whom it was borrowed from. After Ace’s death, Ferrari met Baracca’s mother, where she told him to place the symbol on his car for good luck.
  4. Maserati – Produced in the 1950s,  different scooters which were gender specified. The men’s scooter was the T2/U frame, and the women’s scooter was the T2/D step-through.
  5. Lamborghini – The name ‘Lamborghini’ came from names of bull fighters. The famous bull fighters – Lamborghini Diablo and Lamborghini Murcielago were both inspirations for the name. The Lamborghini model Estoque was named after a Matadorian fighting style.
  6. Rolls Royce –  Most interiors of the Rolls Royce are still hand-crafted. Champagne flutes are also a factory option.
  7. McLaren – Their F1 gearbox prototype was tested on a Chevy V8, which was a 454 big block.
  8. There was a rivalry between the Ford and Ferrari company owners, and in that, a new car was born! The Fort GT40 was made due to Enzo Ferrari and Henry Ford II arguing. Ford almost purchased the Ferrari company, but due to Ferrari’s control of the racing team, any negotiations were cancelled.
  9. Bentley – In Finland, there is an ice driving school specifically for Bentleys. If you wish to go 200 mph in a car worth close to a quarter of a million on ice, than this is the school for you!
  10. Lamborghini – The very first vehicles produced from this iconic company were actually tractors. These tractors are still being produced today, but by a different company, but still maintain the same design standards as Lamborghini.
